A quick note on deadlines:
We’ve teamed up with our delivery partners to get your order under the tree on time. That said, even Santa can’t out-run delays — so aim to order before the cut-offs to avoid any Christmas-morning heartbreak.

Dates are a guide, not a guarantee. Please allow for possible delays — including weather events, industrial action, and other festive-season hiccups.

Customers in Perth, Darwin, and regional, rural or remote areas should factor in extra delivery time. DHL Express is fastest in metro areas, but in regional and remote locations, your parcel may be handed over to Australia Post or a local courier to complete delivery, which can take a little longer than Express Post.

Make sure your contact details (email + mobile) are correct at checkout, and approve any artwork proof quickly if your order includes one. We can only stick to our same- or next-business-day dispatch goal with your speedy response — so keep an eye on your inbox and spam folder.

Wax Seal Stickers and special-order items require longer production times and aren’t included in the standard cut-offs.
