Coronavirus Update: Expect transit delays
Due to ongoing coronavirus restrictions across Australia in November 2021 you'll most likely experience transit delays. Freight providers are doing their best to deliver a massive volume of parcels.
The Australia Post delivery network is heavily congested and you will most likely experience a delay in transit. Express Post parcels are prioritised for delivery but may also experience a delay. DHL Express remains our fastest and most reliable service to most Australian destinations.
You'll continue to receive our fast despatch, usually within 2 business days (that includes custom and personalised Wax Seal Stamps!) and the fast and friendly customer service you've come to know and expect.
Allow for extra delivery time for all orders due to restrictions and lockdowns across Australia. We've updated our Shipping page to reflect current estimates. We recommend selecting an express shipping method which are prioritised for flights and ground transport ahead of standard services.

With freight delays and supplier closures you may notice we have more out of stock items than usual. We'll post ETAs on our product pages and you can register on the same page to be notified when an item returns.
